One year ago today, Gospel eBooks launched. Originally we were just a twitter feed using the account @freeonkindle. Then on Feb 22, the name was changed to Gospel eBooks and the website launched. It’s been a great first year, but we believe the best is still ahead. Thank you to all our supporters and followers.
Let’s open this one up for comments. What’s your all-time favorite book deal that we’ve posted? Try listing both a deal and a freebie.
Let me get this started.
My favorite freebie was Randy Alcorn’s novel “Safely Home”.
My favorite deal is a little harder since there was so many great ones, but I’ll choose “Radical” by David Platt which went for $1.99.
My favorite freebie was: “Ten Questions to Diagnose Your Spiritual Health” by Donald S Whitney
My favorite deal was: “Not a Fan” by Kyle Idleman
Happy Birthday Gospel eBooks – thanks for all the great deals!
Congratulations on your one year anniversary and thanks for providing such a fantastic service!
My favourite freebie was Freedom From Performing by Becky Harling. Such a profound and challenging book. I liked it so much I brought a paperback copy so I would have it on hand it to lend to people. The Invitation by Eugene Peterson was also excellent
Some deals I really liked were Feelings and faith by Brian Borgman, Contentment by Lydia Brownback and Notes from a Tilt-a-Whirl by N.D Wilson.
The freebie is easy; The World-Tilting Gospel by Dan Phillips.
The deals are harder … too many.
Thanks for a great year.
