Welcome to the third edition of “What are you e-Reading?“. A monthly post where we hear from you, about what you’re reading on your Kindle.
Feel free to share everything you’re reading at the moment of your reply. What book are you currently reading in the Bible? Are you reading through an e-Magazine? In the middle of a book, or two..or three? Let us know. We look forward to hearing from every month.
We’ll start it off, so look for our reply below (click the title of this post if you’re on the mainpage to see the responses).
I’m currently reading the book of Deuteronomy in my Bible.
I’m soon going to choose a Christian book to read but have delayed picking one until I finish up this Steve Jobs biography.
-Jeremy of Gospel eBooks
I am currently reading the book of acts in the “living bible” paraphrase- it really comes to life!
I am also working through give them grace by elese fitzpatrick (sp.) and George whitefiels by arnould dallimore.
I am e-reading “forbid them not” (which i got from this site of course ) :)
I do my daily bible readings on my Kindle. I am also reading through Alexander Shield’s “A Hind Let Loose,” John Owen in the Remainders of Indwelling Sin, and a book called “True Reason: Christian Responses to the Challendge of Atheism.” I tend to work through many books at once. I am also using my Kindle to study a particular subject (The Trinity), and so I’m reading portions of Robert Shaw’s “The Reformed Faith: An Exposition of the Westminster Confession of Faith” and John Owen’s work on the Trinity. I love my Kindle.
I’m currently reading Total Truth by Nancy Pearcey. Coming up next on my list is Living for God’s Glory by Joel Beeke.
I just finished Anything by Jennie Allen and Seven by Jen Hatmaker. Now I’m starting Give Them Grace by Elyse Fitzpatrick and Jessica Thompson.
I’m currently reading “Family Driven Faith” by Voddie Bauchum. Good stuff.
“By Grace Alone”, Sinclair Ferguson.
“The Discipline of Grace”, Jerry Bridges.
“52 Lies Heard in Church Every Sunday”, Steve McVey.
